India released the final verdict of the sunset review investigation on tire vulcanizer anti-dumping

China Rubber Network News On January 5, 2016, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice to make a final decision on the investigation of antidumping sunset review of tire vulcanizers, suggesting that 15% of the antidumping duty should be levied on tire vulcanizers imported from China.

According to China Rubber Network, before the final determination of the anti-dumping investigation, the Anti-dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India disclosed the dumping and damage determination margin of tire vulcanizers originating or imported from China on December 28, 2015. In the disclosure, the investigating authority continued to identify China as a non market economy country. After calculating the normal value of the investigated products using the actual paid prices of similar products in the Indian market, it was determined that the dumping margin of the investigated products from China on the Indian market was 10% - 20%, and the damage margin was 10% - 20%.
